Consumer Guarantees & Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)

If you are a consumer in Australia, certain guarantees apply automatically under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These guarantees cannot be excluded.

Consumers are entitled to a remedy where services are not delivered with due care and skill or within a reasonable time. Remedies may include re-supply, refund or compensation as appropriate.

Prices quoted on our site are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable. Any taxes required by law will be itemised in invoices.
